NavAI provides an AI-powered platform to assist users in preparing immigration forms and documents. The Service includes:

  • AI-assisted form completion
  • Document organization and management
  • Optional attorney review services (separate agreement)
  • Educational resources and guidance

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

USCIS filing fees are separate and not included in NavAI service fees.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NavAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant NavAI a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain malicious code or viruses

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • To transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NavAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NavAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NavAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
